We represent landlords and tenants in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Special Civil Part, Landlord-Tenant Division. The Landlord-Tenant Division is where the eviction trials take place. In addition to going to court, we assist our clients with drafting and negotiating leases and represent our clients in any other types of disputes that arise out of a lease of property.
